Helion 2 XQ thermal imaging scopes are based on an IR sensor (uncooled microbolometer). Helion 2 XQ thermal imaging scopes do not require an external source of light and are not affected by bright light exposure.
The Pulsar Helion 2 XQ38 delivers professional-grade thermal imaging in a handheld package and can function in complete darkness. It comes equipped with a highly sensitive thermal imaging sensor with NETD 40mK to provide more details even in rainfall fog and other conditions that lower thermal contrast. These thermal images can be enhanced even further with Pulsar’s proprietary Image Boost Technology with incorporates software algorithms to boost image clarity for sharper more defined images. In addition the Helion 2 XQ38 can detect heat signature up to 1350 meters away.
